We started
with our proven 2" receiver hitch
bumper, It will carry up to a 38" tire while also providing a location
for a Hi-Lift Jack! Tire mounts on wheel studs and is secured with included
lug nuts or you can add locking lug nuts for security. The jack
sits on a steel base and is secured with a T-Handle. Access to the jack
and tailgate is now quick and easy thanks to our revolutionary new Cam-latch
design. The handle is simple to operate and tucks up out of the way of
trail obstacles. The bumper end pivots feature oil impregnated bushings
for long lasting smooth operation and a drop pin automatically holds
the carrier open for easy tailgate access. Made from 1 1/2" x
.120 wall tubing with both 3/16" and 1/4" plate for strength. Bumper
is also equipped with a driver side pivot for easy addition of the gas
can carrier.

Gas Can Carrier
The optional carrier basket is set up for a 5 gallon "Gerry" can
but readily accepts water, antifreeze jugs or a trash can! License
plate mounting holes provided. (see #9640 Light Bolts for illumination
of the plate). The second carrier option is also available. It
includes another can basket and side supports.

Cooler Rack
This cooler rack easily adds on to the 5 gallon can carrier. The
22" wide by 14" deep by 4 1/2" tall (inside dimensions)
can hold a standard size cooler, overflow camping or wheelin' gear. Made
from stout 1 1/2" round tubing, 1/8" and strategically placed
1/4" flat plate steel for great strength without adding too much
weight up high. Note: ratchet straps not included.

Silver has been modified slightly from our production version.
Approximately 4" was cut from the cooler rack uprights, so that
the vertically challenged Miss Duff could easily access the cooler's
contents.
Pictured is the second can carrier option. Production
models hold a standard Gerry can, this one has been modified.
